How it works
- I build a free concept of your homepage.
- If you like it, half to start.
- I build the full site. You go through it and tell me what to change.
- Once it's live and working (pages, call button and quote form all tested with you), the other half.
- A monthly plan covers hosting and updates. Send me new photos, hours or prices and they're up within 2 business days. Once a quarter, you also get one new page or one page redone. Anything bigger gets its own quote. Cancel any month.

Who's building it
I'm Jared Schwartz. I built and run the website for AC Exteriors, a roofing company here in Wilmington, including the tool homeowners use to price their roof online. I also built and run VA Claim Mentor, a video course that teaches veterans to file their own VA disability claims. Port City Sites is me doing the same for local businesses.

- Yes. The site and the domain are in your name.
- What if I stop paying the monthly plan?
- You keep your domain, and I hand over your site files.
- How long does it take?
- The goal is about a week from your deposit. The biggest factor is how fast I get your photos and feedback.
- Will this get me higher on Google?
- It's built to. I can't guarantee where you'll rank, so if you have a site now, I run the same speed and search check on it and on your new one, and you see the difference.
